After a big discussion, and bouncing ideas off one another, we decided that we really liked the idea of creating a multi-cultural street party- in the centre of Leeds, along the Headrow which introduces people to diverse and unique dishes from around the globe. We really loved the idea that food is a bond between people- food is the centre of families, discussions, events- and introducing this element of culture to people so readily may open their mind to new experiences outside of culinary experiences.
With Leeds and surrounding areas being so reknowned for it's mutli-cultruralism, we feel that this would be a brilliant, exciting and entirely relevant event for the city.
