Speaking from Experience- Another Change of Plan, What's New?!


Not sure whether fifteen was the right number to focus on or not- though ten sounded like a far more feesable and rounded number- a "top ten" foods to eat to restore energy. Would certainly work better as a tea towel set number and just a far better number for a series. 
My chosen ten food/drinks are (in alphabetical order):

1. almonds
2. bananas
3. beans
4. bread
5. dried fruit
6. kiwi
7. oats
8. pasta
9. salmon
10. water

In food type order:

FRUIT AND VEG

- bananas
- dried fruit
- kiwi
- beans

SEEDS AND NUTS

- almonds

DRINKS

-water

OATS, BRAN AND CARBOHYDRATES

-bread
-oats
-pasta
