Design Practice II//Product/Range/Distribution//NEW Concept Rationale.
In reflection to yesterday's feedback session, my reflection on my concepts/ideas, and how they have changed and developed since this time.
BRIEF TITLE
GRIMM'S FAIRY TALES// '200 BOOKS FOR 200 SCHOOLS'
THE PROBLEM IS...
1. Children are not actively encouraged to read independently (particularly fictional classics), which, if regularly done can stimulate creativity and imagination.
2. Modern generations of children are not as actively aware of classic stories, such as Grimms Fairy Tales.
3. Books are not as accesible/affordable as they were a decade ago, and are not necessarily widely available to all.
4. Traditional stories and folklore tales aren't as readily told and shared in contemporary society, and may potentially become lost of forgotten in decades to come.
5. Parents do not actively engage with educational pursuits with their children (due to demanding/busy work schedules), and do not get to share important learning time together.
