Design Practice III//Jessie Leong Design Developments.

Today's various developments and constant contact with Jessie in regards to developing both her on-screen and printed collateral for her printing range.

Prompted by the print workshop, I went straight away to converting all of Jessie's dropbox images for the business card prints to CMYK and scaling them properly for the most professional and consistent print outcome, as well as going on to create letterhead designs, the template for a Facebook fan page (for a more casual, informal way of promoting her latest design projects, images and contacts), researching magazine printing (and having a conversation with DPS Digital in regards to costings and estimates, which I will discuss with Jessie in our meeting on Thursday), and concluding by looking at potentially changing the existing acetate designs to simple, bold, monochromatic B&W designs, in response to both the past group feedback crit in regards to the materials impracticality and un-environmental status, along with difficulties I've faced in terms of sourcing the particular acetate from the digital studio, so may have to look for alternatives.

A very busy few days coming up!
