This evening, I've been working on putting together the sample pack net for the Jessie Leong Photography sample pack, to be sent out to potential clients, and also industry contacts, particularly for seeking placements and experience within the business as Jessie continues her University education, and beyond into her own professional practice upon graduation.
Again, deciding to keep the design quite low-key and minimal, black and white have been used to retain consistency with the existing brand range, with die cut sleeves (one fully covering for documentation and letters as well as having slits cut for a business card on the front panel) and a half-cut panel on the opposite side to support sample photographs, but to let them visually make the first impact when the pack is opened with their bold and rich colours.
Certainly looking forward to showing the proposed design to Jessie tomorrow afternoon in our meeting (with a miniature (to A4 as opposed to the original A2 mock up- apologies for the lack of photo... I am the proud owner of a broken camera...) where I should hopefully be able to go on to print in my designated print slot at 14:00 tomorrow afternoon and start to make a real progress in my printed deliverables for the project outcomes.
