Design Practice III//Jessie Leong Photography Meeting.

On Friday I was fortunate enough to get the opportunity to meet up with Jessie Leong, for whom I am designing her photography practice branding for as one of my four significant briefs for the OUGD301 Design Practice module. It was a great opportunity to meet up with Jessie and discuss some design ideas and showing her some quick doodles I'd been working on in the way of type/logos (to be posted at a later date), and fortunately she was really enthusiastic and motivated as ever. Below, the written notes and plans generated from the discussion.

NOTES

- Topics to discuss: Budget, B&W?, Stocks, Type, Business Card, Typographic logo?, Magazine portfolio.
- Likes metallic colours, couture looking/fashion, process emboss?
- 2 business cards to be produced, samples for casual and more luxe for industry- links to online presence.
- Potentially make postcard prints at a later date? High quality, easy to produce.
- Info to include on business cards: Name, Email, Website.
- Magazine, 32-64 pages? Spend no more than £10 per unit (1 unit for trial print).
- Black and white duplex cards for luxe- experiment with design outcomes.
