Having received my two initial Graze boxes (the first one free, the second one half price), I decided to cancel my fortnightly box for the time being (having enough to research on with Charlie's two boxes, also). Interesting process on their site- obviously to maintain custom. Reasonably well hidden link option on the site and a lengthy process to actually delete subscription to the boxes altogether- also with a bribe of more inexpensive boxes! Definitely business-savvy, but perhaps a little irritating for the customer. It certainly wouldn't persuade me to go back and try the boxes again at a later date.
